Lifetime Updates Policy

Eligible premium products may include Lifetime Updates for the purchased product version line, where updates are made available by PrimeDownloads.

How Lifetime Updates should work

• Administrators upload a new approved version to the master product record.
• Existing purchases remain preserved.
• Eligible customers retain access to the latest approved version in PrimeVault.
• Version history and changelog notes are maintained.
• Update notification emails may be sent where appropriate and should avoid duplicate notifications.
• Incorrect uploads should be reversible by restoring the previous approved file/version record.

Lifetime Updates refer to entitlement and availability through PrimeVault. They do not overwrite files already downloaded onto a customer device.
