1. How products are delivered

PrimeDownloads products are digital downloads.

After successful payment, access may be provided through:

• the order confirmation page;
• an order-confirmation email;
• the customer account;
• PrimeVault;
• another secure order-linked method.

No physical product will be posted unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

1. Order-linked access

Download access is intended only for the customer with the relevant completed order.

Access may depend on

• successful payment;
• valid order status;
• customer login;
• secure token or download link;
• licence compliance.

1. PrimeVault

PrimeVault is the central customer area for eligible purchases.

Depending on the product and order, it may display:

• purchased product;
• secure download;
• receipt;
• product code;
• current version;
• Lifetime Updates status;
• version information;
• licence summary.

1. Download links

Download links may be

• account restricted;
• time limited;
• limited by a reasonable download count;
• replaced when security or product updates require it.

Reasonable security restrictions do not remove your right to receive a valid purchase.

Contact support where a legitimate link has expired or fails.

1. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for

• using a correct email address;
• protecting your account;
• not forwarding secure links;
• downloading only to trusted devices;
• scanning and protecting your own device;
• maintaining suitable backups;
• checking software compatibility.

1. Delivery problems

Contact us where

• an order is marked complete but no access appears;
• the wrong file is delivered;
• a ZIP file is corrupted;
• a download repeatedly fails;
• PrimeVault does not show an eligible purchase.

Include

• order number;
• order email;
• product name or code;
• screenshot or error message where useful.

1. Security controls

PrimeDownloads may use measures such as

• protected file storage;
• blocked directory browsing;
• order entitlement checks;
• secure links;
• account authentication;
• access logging;
• fraud monitoring;
• software updates;
• backups.

Security measures may change as the website develops.

1. Suspicious access

We may temporarily restrict access where there is evidence of

• account compromise;
• unusual automated downloading;
• shared credentials;
• payment reversal;
• fraudulent activity;
• licence abuse.

We will investigate legitimate customer concerns and restore access where appropriate.

1. File safety

We take reasonable care when preparing and packaging files.

Customers should maintain normal device security and open downloads using compatible, supported software.

Do not enable macros or active content unless a product page and included documentation clearly state that they are required and explain why.

1. Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, hosting incidents, security work or events beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect downloads.

Where access is disrupted, we will take reasonable steps to restore it.
