PrimeDownloads purchases are intended to be delivered through secure digital access linked to completed orders and customer accounts.

Downloads should be available only to customers with the relevant completed purchase.

Customers should use PrimeVault to find purchased products, latest versions, receipts and licence summaries.

Substantial products should maintain version numbers and changelog notes so customers know what changed.
